Merry Christmas Amigos!
Hello world
Yes I know that it is New Years Eve but we have not yet posted a Christmas piece and said better late than never!! (As we are still officially in the 12 days of Christmas time frame.) Kristin's Grandma Dita sent this poem along and we thought it was funny and that you may enjoy it as well.
Merry Christmas Amigos! 'Tis the night before Christmas and all through the casa Not a creature is stirring; Caramba! Qué Pasa? The stockings are hanging con mucho cuidado In hopes that Saint Nicholas will feel obligado To leave a few cosas aquí and allá For chicos y chicas (y something for me). Los niños are snuggled all safe in their camas (some in vestindos and some in pajamas) Their little cabezas all full of good things They're all esperando qué Santa will bring. Santa está at the corner saloon, Muy Borracho since mid-afternoon. Mamá is sitting beside la ventana Shining her rolling pin para mañana When Santa return to his home zigzagueando Lit up like the Star Spangle Banner, cantando. Mamá will send him to bed con a right. Merry Christmas a todos, y a todos good night.
We hope that everyone has a safe and happy New Year!!
Cheers! Kristin & Delaina
